What is our return policy?
We take great pride in our work and stand behind each and every product we sell so you remain a satisfied Coco + Pistachio customer. If you aren't 100% satisfied, please contact us.
We accept returns that meet the following requirements:
1. Item(s) must be in brand new condition, unworn and unused.
2. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return within 7 days of delivery date.
3. Returned item(s) must be received within 14 days of initial delivery date.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs, unless we made a mistake in which case we will provide a return label. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment, so we recommend you use an insured and trackable mail service when mailing your return.
How do exchange my item for a different size or style?
Please email us at email@example.com to initiate a return within 7 days of delivery date. Item(s) should be new and unused.
How do I wash the item I bought?
All our bandanas are machine washable. We recommend machine washing on the gentle cycle in cold water and air drying.
